Letterman loves "talented" dream-poppers.

The Pains of Being Pure At Heart stopped by Letterman last night to promote their new album Belong, out on Slumberland next week.  And they breezed through the new single "Heart in your Heartbreak".  Hopefully Dave was able to keep that sweet new vinyl and go home and bliss out for the evening.

Caribou - Stem (The Altrice Remixes)

Dan Snaith's Caribou project has been on a roll since last years Swim.  Which incidentally landed at No. 2 on Total Reverb's Albums of 2010.  Now comes Stem, created by "Sun" remix winner Altrice.  Remix albums are hit and miss but this is a complete reimagination of Swim.  Tracks have been retitled as well giving it that extra sprinkle of artistic creativily.  Nice touch.

Brothertiger - Point of View EP

Brothertiger is all about creating those climactic synth sounds that dominated 80's flicks like Sixteen Candles, etc.  It's like no time has passed between 1984 and the present.    He's got a new EP coming called Point of View on Collective Crowd Records.
